Failed payments may result in a temporary suspension of your subscription. We will make reasonable attempts to notify you and process payment before any cancellation occurs.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees unless explicitly stated. We use secure third-party payment processors to handle transactions. By providing your payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.

We may adjust subscription pricing from time to time. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance, and your continued subscription after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Shipping & Returns

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss for shipped items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Because our subscription boxes are curated specifically for each member, all subscription sales are final. For store purchases, please contact us within 14 days of delivery if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, and we will work to resolve the issue.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available through our Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, photographs, devotional materials, videos, software, and trademarks — is owned by girl, open your Bible! or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
