Frequently asked questions
Cancellation depends on the plan you choose, and we'll show your plan details before checkout:
- Month-to-month: You can cancel anytime from your account. If your payment has already been processed for the upcoming shipment, your cancellation will apply to the following month.
- 6- or 12-month commitment: These plans require completion of the full term selected at checkout. Your scheduled payments and boxes continue through the final month of that term. Cancellation takes effect after the final scheduled payment, and your subscription will not renew beyond the selected term.
