We want you to love every box. Here is how we handle returns, refunds, and cancellations.
At girl, open your Bible!, we put our heart and prayer into curating every Bible Study Party Kit and monthly box. We truly hope each delivery encourages you in your walk with the Lord. If something is not right, we are here to make it right. Please review our policy below so you know what to expect.
1. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your girl, open your Bible! Club membership at any time. Here is how it works:
- Cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.
- You can cancel through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team at hello@girlopenyourbible.com.
- Once cancelled, you will continue to receive any boxes already paid for, but no future charges will occur.
- We do not offer partial-month refunds for unused portions of an active subscription period.
2. Subscription Box Refunds
Because our subscription boxes are curated specifically for our members and often include limited-edition or personalized items, all subscription box sales are finalonce an order has been processed and shipped.
However, if you experience any of the following issues, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will work to resolve it:
- Damaged or defective items
- Missing items from your box
- Incorrect items shipped
In these cases, we may offer a replacement item, store credit, or a partial refund at our discretion, depending on the circumstances and item availability.
3. Store Purchase Returns
For one-time purchases made through our online boutique:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Digital downloads or printable resources
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked as final sale
4. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all:
- Please notify us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
- For damaged items, please include photos of the damaged packaging and contents so we can assess the issue and file a claim with the carrier if needed.
- For lost packages, we will work with the shipping carrier to locate the package. If it is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.
5. Billing Disputes & Failed Payments
If you believe you were incorrectly charged or notice an unauthorized transaction:
- Contact us immediately at hello@girlopenyourbible.com so we can investigate.
- If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again and notify you. Repeated failed payments may result in subscription suspension.
- We do not issue refunds for billing disputes that are resolved in our favor after investigation.
6. Promotions, Discounts & Gift Subscriptions
Promotional offers, discounts, and free gifts are subject to the terms specified at the time of the offer. Gift subscriptions are non-refundable once redeemed. If you received a promotional item as part of your subscription, returning the subscription box does not entitle you to keep the promotional item.
7. How to Request a Refund or Return
To initiate a refund or return request, please email us at hello@girlopenyourbible.com with the following details:
- Your full name and order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos (if applicable, especially for damaged items)
Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days with next steps.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
