Meet the women behind the school

We believe your story can become a place of service.

The Biblical Life Coach School was created for women carrying wisdom, testimony, compassion, and a desire to help others—but who need a clear, structured way to turn that calling into something fruitful.

Charity Washington and Cierra Stallworth, co-founders of the Biblical Life Coach School

Cierra + Charity

The girl, open your Bible! story.

God gave co-founders Cierra Stallworth and Charity Washington a vision to make studying His Word a safe, fun, and enjoyable experience—and that vision grew into a school for women who want to help others find purpose.

They are advanced Biblical Life Coaches and trainers who left corporate careers to fulfill the work God placed in them. Their ministry has touched the lives of more than 100,000 women, creating journeys of self-discovery, purpose, ministry, and new careers.

“We want more women to stop waiting for permission and start walking in their calling.”

Meet Us in an Interview

What we are building

A school with both conviction and craft.

Biblical foundation

Faith is not a decorative layer on top of the work. It shapes how we see people, purpose, and the coaching relationship.

Practical skill

You will not just learn what coaching is. You will practice how to listen, ask, reflect, and help someone move forward.

Personal support

The women in this school are not numbers in a course portal. They are people we want to see equipped and thriving.

The next step is personal

Meet the founders. Ask your questions. Decide with confidence.

Your admissions interview is a conversation about your goals, your calling, and whether this is the right room for you.
